日皇夫婦將赴埼玉慰問避難災民

日皇夫婦將於明日探望從福島縣疏散到埼玉縣，約一千二百名災民，並計劃盡快前往各地災區慰問。 宮內廳稱，日皇夫婦想去更多災區直接鼓勵災民，但希望盡量避免為當地增添麻煩，令負責接待的地方政府和警方負擔增加。
